HI Group and Linda! Linda I didn't say anything in my last letter to you but I think mine are back too! I've had 2 small attacks in the last week.
This morn I didn't need to say anything to my hubby, he just looked at me and said is your face bothering you? I think he saw the HORROR in my face cuz I could feel it there myself!
This is not the time I get them. I wonder, like you, if stress had anything to do with it? You with your stress and me with the stress of the cancer surgery. I'm not even halfway recoverd from the surgery and now this.
I will call the doctor tomarrow but I know it's a 3 week wait to get in. I notice that each time they come back I try to deny that they are back! I usually have 2 weeks till they go to 10's and then they stay that way for months, never under a 10.
lcbob, sorry to hear yours is back too! Have you been under any unusal stress? Just wondering.
I'm back to being afraid of going to sleep and I still need lots of rest cuz of surgery.
The fears sure do come back...don't they!
