Mindy, I can only speak for myself when I say that CH can make you think your insane. I have gone 3 staight weeks with mutiple attacks a day and then go 1 week with out it and just when I think that they're gone till next year. BANG! I get them for 2 or 3 more weeks. the severity buildc up like the pain itself. For instance: week 1- 1 Attack lasting 20 minutes. week 2- 3 attacks lasting 45 minutes. week 3- 6 attacks a day lasting up to 2 hours. Then as they build up they taper off. pretty weird. I try to keep a log of when, how long and the severity. Then I use the info the next year to try and forcast my peak and relief. I use this info to try and plan my activities. If your at your peak you don't make plans to go out with friend for long periods of time. I really hope that you do not have CH and that it is something that can be taken care of soon. Good luck
