You didn't say, are you on any meds? If not - get Thee to a doctor post haste and get some. Imitrex, DHE-45, Cafagot or something that will work! Try WATER (a lot of water - it takes a couple of days to start working) 8oz glass every 1/2 hour. Also, while on O2 or before drink a cup or two of strong coffee. That helped mine about 50% of the time.
