Please Dear God, not again. The beginning of the next 3 months of pure hell. Thought maybe they just might forget about me. Not so. Last night, woke up from deep sleep, only to have to hold head and rock until it subsided. That was the beginning of my newest cycle. God, why cant 30 years of suffering be enough for any one person to bear? Will I take these to my grave? Please, let them go away. Until my next bout tonight, Pray for me and all the others like me. I pray for them, I pray for myself. Thank You!
The oxygen helps, but takes longer and longer, more and more. If anyone wants to write, please feel free. I am sorry for your pain, but believe you me, I do honestly understand.
