Seriously, you just gave some really good advice. Hope everyone was listening. This is not the first time this problem has come up.
The IRS screwed a client of mine on an audit because they refused to put the audit off until I was able to go, so I went with the CH (and pretty well saturated with meds - enough so I couldn't think straight). After the results were in, I filed a complaint on the B**** auditor with the IRS and with my Senator (or rather his office that handles IRS matters - wonderful people). I not only got a new audit (at my convience thank you very much), but an apology from the IRS. Of course, I told them that CH was on the ADA's list (not sure if it is, but they didn't know the difference anyway). So I do know this works.
