Gary G. was trying to survey people a couple of months ago about where they live and about their family heritage (i.e. where is your mother from geographically, family's country of origin, etc.) so you might add something like that. Also, I notice a lot of you from the Great Plains area. hmmm...
I think you should survey for psychological disorders such as depression (of course, a lot of us are going to be depressed because of the Demon) and Anxiety Disorders including phobias; anything that has to do with the neurotransmitters serotonin, norepinephrine, monoamine oxidase (maybe you could get a little help from Doc Greg on those). My personal belief is that our mutual demon is caused by a neurotransmitter - our circuits have gone haywire!
