The after pain I have after an 8 to 10 night is a tenderness at the top of my head on the affected side. What I call shadows are like low pain CH, start above the eye and sometimes, but not always do the migration around the eye to the upper jaw and temple. I rate them a less than 1 on the 1 to 10 pain scale and get them occasionaly when in remission and all of the time when in a cycle. I guess the beast wants to remind me that it's still there. Have not had any tightness though and I've been doing the CH march for a long time. Maybe I try to keep myself loose so when I slam into a doorway or wall I don't hurt myself too much.
