Spaghetti AGLIO-OLIO (Garlic-Oil Spaghetti)
For 6 person (this dish can also be re-heated at dinner, but in the frying pan, not the oven!)
You need:
-a box of spaghetti (medium size) (other pasta may be used too)
-10-15 pieces of garlic (no dried garlic!)
- 7-10 tablespoons of olive oil
- pepper (only if you want)
Cook the Spaghetti al dente (please al dente!!!!)Meanwhile peel the garlic, and put it in a large frying pan (it have to contain spaghetti also!) with the oil.
Fry the garlic 3-4 mins, then, with a fork, squeeze the garlic, and leave in the oil till the spaghetti are cooked. Then remove the most of garlic and put the hotpepper into oil.
Remove the water from spaghetti and put the spaghetti into the pan, and cook "high" for 1 min.
Remember to do this dish at Friday, then you have 2 days to restore your fresh mint mouth...:-)

For those that don't know how spaghetti have to been cooked:
- a big and high pot
-you need 5-10 times of water respect to pasta (eg: 1 pound of pasta, 5, or 10 (better) pound of water.
- one teaspoon of oil
-Salt quantity: approx 1 tablespoon for each pound of water
When the water boil, (not before!) put the salt, the oil and immediately the pasta. cook at medium heat, be sure that the water BOIL continuously. Use a fork to twist the pasta, avoiding that pasta glue to the pot (the oil is used only to avoid the gluing, but is better to be sure...).
When the pasta is al dente (if the box says 10 min, do 8 min of cooking) put a glass of warm water into the pot(this stop the pasta cooking) , and take off the pasta (leaving a bit of water, only a bit), and use with any sauce you want.
