Smoking during an attack

There is no way on earth I can smoke a Cig during an attack. To me, it seems to intensify the pain - and may even lengthen the duration of the attack.

As soon as I come out of an attack, however - thats the first thing I want to do. I guess it's kind of a mental "calming down" type of thing.
