I'm not a cronic sufferer, only 3 months a year.
After the reading, from my eyes drops many tears, much more than during a CH attack. (it's not a joke!)
You makes me sorrowful when you say "my brain was terrified to meet someone that suffered from CH"
I think that's better to have as CH attack companion another CH sufferer, than my wife or my daughter. Sure, me too prefer to be alone when the Demon hurts but.... no one can help you better than another CH sufferer.
But the cathartical reaction help a lot, i hope to have an experience like yours. I'm sure to become more compassionate with others and me.
Please, continue supporting and meet other CH sufferer, this will help others and you
