I think Riccardo is showing his age! "Doobs" or "doobies" are old slang terms for marijuana cigarettes. Remember the Doobie Brothers rock band circa 1972? They named themselves after their favorite recreational drug, so the story goes.
A mook might be someone who smokes a doob...
