You may have to live with CH the rest of your life. Then again, you could go into total remission and never have another attack again.
I understand the desperation that can come from CH suffering. However, if you think of it as "dealing with it the rest of your life" - that may or may not be. The important thing is that you make it through (and I know I sound cliche saying this but it is very true), make it through today. You found us, and you might have thought you were alone. You are not. Try to hang in there and just make it through today. I am 31, and have had these damned things since I was 17. I am doing much better than I was 2 years ago. Two years ago I wanted to die. But I have made it this far, and have no regrets about not checking out. In fact, I am so fuckin happy I stayed around. It can get better. Just know that there is hope, and tomorrow might be better than today.
