Hi Matt, have you tried some meds? in my case I`m also episiotic and today tried Imitrex injector and I feel like a miracle came over me...:) thanks to these people and there advise I asked my doc...and she said why not...orally takes one hour (too long)...injector within 5 minutes off I went with my day...I`m here writting to you while before I would still be in my room...praying for it to go away...
