And here once again for a dumb wit that didn't grasp it up to now:
WE GET PISSED OFF IF A CLUSTERHEAD IS DOPED WITH NARCOTICS, WITHOUT EVER BEEN TRIED ON THE STANDARD PREVENTATIVES AND ABORTIVES.
Don't forget, for a clusterhead there are no pain receptors to saturate with opiates, so the only way narcotics can help is by numbing the brain completely, not quite a treatment of first choice :-(
Keep up you fight for use of narcotics for other intractable pains, but don't expect gratitude for you recommending them for clusterheads that haven't tried the usually more promising meds before.
