...but asking, in a public forum, that people help you commit an illegal act is not a good idea.
What may have confused you is the fact that there are several people who post here about possessing and growing mushrooms who can speak freely about it because they live in countries where these things are legal-- me, for example, and several clusterheads who live in Holland or Great Britain. This IS a message board with an international clientele, after all.
But in the eyes of the AMERICAN legal system, posting a request for assistance in acquiring a "Schedule 1 Controlled Substance" from an e-mail account that is traceable to a US address is technically classified as "conspiracy to distribute". Bad ju-ju, especially since the Webmaster is an American, and the site is hosted in America. I doubt very much that the DEA monitors this site, but you never know.
Do I think that a request like this SHOULD be illegal? Nope. But it is, so let's be a bit more discreet in future, okay?
By the way, to ask about street prices, or where to find them in nature, or for sources of growing supplies and spores is a completely different matter. Spores are not illegal to possess (except in Georgia and California), and providing a link to a site that gives information on how people living in Holland cultivate them in their homes is no problem. Revealing the location of a prime picking field is not illegal either.
Check your e-mail in about ten minutes.
