I've been a single mom since my kids were 1 and 3. CH started when they were about 4 and 6. I used a lot of imitrex and worried that i wouldn't be able to pick them up at kindergarden, or whatever. I don't know how, but we ch's manage the unmanageable. I don't have family living nearby, and my kids are now 14 and 16. (we've made it so far) I still worry that i won't make a basketball game or a carpool, but we'll manage.I've tried to pretend i'm ok, and reassure them that it will go away. I also have told them that mom needs a time out! Good luck.
