migrains and clusters are not the same. so first make sure what exectly you got. the symthoms are different and so the reactions and i belive same with medications. i'm a cronic cluster and as all medications did nothing to me so i started acupancture. twice so far. after the first time i got 2 nights pain free. today i had the second treetment and i do hope for the best, although one bird is not a sign of the spring... but i do belive in my chiness dr. so first be sure wether it's migrains or cluster and then take it from there. good luck any way.
