Hi, I have both clusters and panic attacks but they don't seem to be related. I don't think my poor body could support a full panic attack during a cluster, as my mind during a cluster is too focused on the pain. However I do get the racing heart, shortness of breath etc that is also associated with both panic attacks and extreme pain. Try another doctor just to be on the safe side.
