I have had headaches my entire life, starting with my first migrane when I was 5. Then I developed stress headaches as well in high school. Then I was involved in several car accidents, one of which broke my neck in 3 places, and ten years later, one that bruised my spinal cord in 2 places, resulting in paralasis of my left side for almost 3 years. I know, sounds like a sob story... but the fact is, since I have lived with headaches my entire life.. the sobbing, throwing up and screaming variety, I never realized when I crossed the line into cluster territory. I am just now learning about them, since while going through my medical records recently, I noticed that the dr had put down migraine and cluster headaches. I think perhaps I was just assuming that the cluster headaches were migraines buiding up, letting go, buiding up again...
I am the worst in the spring and fall (unfortunately, my favorite seasons), and I have noticed that I can be triggered by barometric pressure changes.
