This blood redirecting technique works!!! It really does. As I told Charlie, during one of my worse CH attacks in desperation, after seeing that the meds were not working, I remembered this technique and decided to give at try. My fiancé, who was next to me trying to calm me down from the screaming and beating of my head, witnessed the amazing results of this technique. I was in pain for at least 2 hours or more. After following the directions that Charlie provided for about 10 or 15 minutes. The pain was gone, unbelievable. My fiancé could not believe the pain was gone. He asked me, you do not even have a shadow pain? I said no. I slept very well for a few hours but then the pain woke me up again. This time I fought it from the beginning and it was much easier to get read of it. In the morning my fiancé did not even know that I had the second attack. This God sent technique got me through the worse stage of my CH cycle and all the way through the end of it. Soon after I began fighting the pain with this technique, I received the delivery of the O2 tanks. I have to say that the O2 in combination of this technique is the best and the least invasive retaliation I found for the beast.
I totally recommend that you guys try it. It is hard to get started on it if the pain is too intense. But once you get going you will almost immediately feel a noticeable decrease in the intensity of the pain and then it will be terminated as you continue with it. I found that if I concentrate in my breathing it aids on my concentration and it helps take my mind of the pain.
