the vials hold 1/2 ML and you want less than half of that.....
also, start by pulling the plunger down to .2ML, then stick the needle into the vial, inject the air, tip the bottle upside down, and do as Frank says above (except only 1/4 ML, NOT 3.... i think he meant 3mg, which is the same as 1/4ML).
