Well, it's looks like you've almost run the gamut of medications, but you didn't mention O2, which works wonderfully well as a quick abortive for many, even most of us. If you have questions, ask and they'll be answered.
Many people have had real success with "magic mushrooms", and there are a few resident experts here who can fill you in on that. The success rate, thus far, is pretty high. Type in "musrooms" and 'oxygen" on the search thingy, or just ask away right here on the message board. You will get answers.
