Since only 1 in a thousand people, roughly, get clusters, it would be a one-in-a-million shot to see two people in the same household or family with clusters. But I've seen several messages on this board from clusterheads whose immediate relatives also suffered.
So chances are 5 to 1 or 10 to 1 you will NOT inherit clusters from your dad, but it could happen. The Beast makes no promises...
