Anyone know if St. John's Wort lessons the helpful benefits of verapamil? I know its not recommended for women on birth control pills. I was trying it out (the verapamil, not birth control... hah) to get a better night sleep and started having breakthrough CHS. Might be a coincidence. Let me know.
