Hope you don't get another one ever. I'm a "newbie" here too. Just found this site a few weeks ago after getting my fourth attack in almost 20 years. The help you will get here is great. You're right. As much as your friends and family try to understand, they don't get it. Don't hesitate to ask any questions, seems to me there is someone here who's been on the same meds, gone through the same things, etc., as you have and its a really really big comfort. Good Luck.
