I haven't seen, and don't expect to, similarities in Sun Signs or Rising Signs. What I did notice right off the hop, (just a quick little look see, and that was a similarity that jumped out at me) were hard aspects to Sun/Moon in the charts, oppositions, squares etc., but that was really premature and way too easy, just thought it was kinda interesting.
I will be especially focusing on the placement and aspects, etc., of:
Moon (it deals with emotional disorders, nerve sheaths, mucous formation, altered body rythyms and synovial fluid)
Aries (deals with Neuralgia, cerebral congestion, headache, dizziness, eye affliction, toothache
I'm also going to look for Quadrature disturbances in Cardinal signs (which rule the Head)
Basically, if an angle receives a hard aspect from either Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune or Pluto, this is considered to be a disturbance in that Quadrature and also a disturbance to the ruler of the sign on the angle, its element, etc.,
I don't know, I may be in way over my head here, but we'll see what (if anything) comes up
Cheers
Deb
