I personally have never been able to get them to work well for me, but I seem to be one of the few exceptions.
The pills always work for me (although sometimes it takes a while for them to kick in), and the injectors, of course, are wonderful (but EXPENSIVE!), but for some reason in my case the inhalers either won't work at all or will just take a bit of the edge off the pain for about half an hour, then The Beast returns.
This does not seem logical to me, but that's the way it is.
If I were you, I'd try them. Free is free, after all, and the odds are that they will work for you, too.
