Oxygen does help contsrict blood vessels,
but does not abort a full blown attack for me.
It will abort a CH if you are awake and start
the 8 lpm approach at the first sign before it
becomes a full blown attack.
Waking up with a CH, oxygen
still helps but not enough to abort one, but
it gives you something to do while your waiting
besides banging your head on a sharp corner
