although I'm chronic and rarely go more that a couple of days without an attack, I'm now into my sixth day pain free. I started depakote quite awhile ago. Between that and my somewhat lower dose of lithium, I shake like Muhammed Ali on crank (sorry champ), but maybe that's what's helping for now. Or maybe the shrooms I tried in May have finally worked their magic.I told my wife that I need lovin' on a very frequent basis to maintain my pain-free status. I don't think she bought it, but please don't tell her differently. But I think the REAL reason is that I've come to realize that I don't need them any more.
