Hi, I have the same drugs, not for cluster headaches, but for a release of stress-markers. When you are under a lot of stress, your body may react extra violent to otherwise latent allergies. Also your heartbeat and bloodpressure will rise, causing a constant flow of adrenaline in your vains. This directs the blood to mussels, not to the brain. In my case it resulted in non-stop semi-colds and paralyses when having an exam or giving a lecture. Maybe in your case the stress is latent (so you are not aware of it anymore) but still causing the problem. Less blood and not an optimal breathing system are known causes for dizziness and headaches...
