neck knot is the same. 3 years ago when my CHs starting going off the charts and my neck pain starting balling up, I thought I was lifting wrong at the gym. Until this year I realized it was some sort of displaced pain. I have been getting shadows out the wazooo at the same time.

I guess misery loves company, but honestly I really appreciate hearing someone with similar symptoms.
