For those who helped create the CH Questionnaire and others who have an interest in the results - here's some new material for you to consider. Charts 4 and 5 have not been publicized previously.
Since I am neither statistician nor clinician I have not attempted to draw any conclusions from these figures. This is simply a report on the responses submitted.
Please feel free to comment on these findings and their implications. Write me if you have further questions. The tallying of these takes considerable time. If you are interested in the replies to a specific question asked on the Q, please email me. I will work with the responses to that question next.
