I don't want to be nitpicking, but I think it is important that we all use the same terminology so it gets clear what we are speaking about:
Attack - a single clusterheadache, lasting from a quarter to a few hours.
Period - the time span when attacks occur daily, lasting from weeks to month (to years for chronics). Sometimes this is also called (not quite correctly) a cycle.
Remission - the pain free time between cluster periods, something chronics can only dream of.
