Honestly, the most pain I've ever had is during an attack.

The second most pain is from a box jellyfish, and people have died from pain shock from those. That burned in an undescrible way, but I could still think, if not move. CH attacks have turned me into a non-thinking vegetable for periods.

But not every attack is like that. Only the worst ones. You don't consider it possible that there are some people who have attacks that never reach the highest levels of pain?

Maybe all your attacks are the same intensity, if so, my condolences. I have trouble couping when only some of them are that extreme. For me, it seems that if I can catch the episode before it gets really extreme, I can lessen the pain. It's those that wake you up in a full blown attack that bowl me over.
