The pain always wakes me up, and I just want to thrash around in pain.
Thank goodness yours ended in your 40s, that what my doctor said could happen. It helps to know that they might end someday.
It's been a bit humbling, I aways thought people who complained about migraines or cluster migraines were being babies as I've had a headache everyday for years, then I was punished by getting them myself. Needless to say, I've never thought somebody was being wimpy again.
The only self medications I've found that help relieve the pain are, caffene, aspirin, and a hot bath. They seem to work better than the medication that I was prescribed, but are also short lived.
