Hi all! I didn't get a chance to read all your posts 'cause it would probably trigger a headache.
I've had this curse for about 14 years. Comes on in winter months usualy for me. I've taken Imitrex with some success. Also I've been taking Zoloft for about 4 years. Believe it or not I actually skipped a year of headaches two years ago. Right now I'm into the first week of the second month. They have been dreadful. At least while you are awake you can catch the symptoms. But once I fall asleep, I know when I wake in the middle of the night I will be in excruciating pain. And I will get at least three in the night. Sometimes pacing in the dark helps, sometimes ice, sometimes sitting motionless while taking meditation to a new level. But nothing seems to work twice. On the positive side, each day is one day of hell behind me.
