I think you are a little off with your 1 in 100 for clusters.

Anything I have read puts a decimal point to the left of the number WITH a percentage symbol, hence
.1% or 1 in a 1000, .6% or 6 in a 1000.

I hope I didn't over explain and I hope you take no offense :-)

Considerably less, not slightly less, than 1 in a 100 and I, for one,

would rather have something MORE rare than schizophrenia for I am an elitist like you. :-)
