accupressure/ accupuncture

I've been a clusterhead for a little over 10 years. I'm 28, married, 2 kids. I'm at work and the pain from a CH just subsided. This is my first time posting a message to any chatboard ever, so if there's some sort of chat board etiquette that I've overlooked, sorry.

Has anyone ever tried accupressure or accupuncture? Any Luck?

Also, does PF mean "pain free"?
