Jim, I haven't been diagnosed with a sleeping disorder but I know normally I'm a very light sleeper and wake up quite a few times per night(that's when I'm not in a cycle) I just contribute that to being a Lunar-tic.
But about 6 weeks before a cycle I'm a cronic insomniac and asprin and sheep is not my answer, jonny be good - jonny be nice, I usually stay an insomniac during my cluster cycles.
I don't know if that is due to jonny's bad attitude, that's giving me nighthorses or just the fact that I'm over medicated and doesn't know what to do with my extra limbs over this period.
Maybe Nancy can give you advise about something to get you to sleep.
