Get your hands on some psilocybin mushrooms ("magic mushrooms" or "shrooms") or some LSD. We have had posts from dozens of episodics and at least a dozen longterm chronics reporting spectacular success with this treatment.
This is not some hippy-dippy excuse to "get high", it is a legitimate treatment. As a matter of fact, it is the treatment with by far the highest success rate of anything else out there: at least 90 % from the reports we have seen on this message board. There were clinical studies done with migraineurs and LSD in the Sixties, before hallucinogens were criminalized. One person who has posted here, Kenn, actually took part (with great success) in one of these studies. Besides, it is not necessary to take a full-on "Woodstock-size" dose in order to achieve success.
The indigenous tribes of Central and South America have been using these mushrooms for longer than anyone can remember for treating vascular headaches. This may be a relatively new treatment to Western medicine, but it is certainly not new to traditional tribal healers. It works.
Many of the medications commonly taken by clusterheads will interfere with the action of psilocybin and LSD, and must be stopped before dosing with either substance in order for it to work. The odds are that you are taking at least one of those meds currently. But from your description, the meds aren't doing you any good to speak of, so it shouldn't be too great a sacrifive to "detox" from the relevant ones.
