I followed your and Nancy's advise last night, with an ice pack on my head, condensate running down my face(luckily it is bloody hot this time of the year in sunny SA)and just to get the mind set right, my right arm dangling down the bed, I kept on forcing to think the blood into my hand hanging nearly on the floor. I had a shadow and was uncomfortable all night, but what do you expect, with an ice pack I try to balance, condensate running in my eye and mouth - nearly drowning me - me nearly falling off the bed every time I fall into deep sleep, with this arm getting full of blood pulsating in my fingers and the cat thinking it's a nightime game.
Well, it worked! I didn't get a CH, the whole of the night, first time this week, yes, I did not sleep well, but what the heck, who sleeps well in any case?
