I have not been diagnosed with this but find it interesting because that is what I have always felt I have going on at the back of neck just before a CH cycle starts, that is one of the first warning signs for me that a cycle is about to begin. It's as if the back of my neck has caught a bad draft and all I can think to do is to rub it with warm stuff and put a heating pad on it. That's what I always imagined Rheumatoid Arthritis would be like. Anyway, all the hot rubs and warm packs in the world won't stop the CH from coming but that is just my two cents worth.
