Take a glas of lukewarm water and stir in a small teaspoon full of salt.
Reverse yourself in a recliner or lay down with your upper body sticking out from the bed, head back.
Using an eyedropper pouur in a trickle of your saline solution and immediately turn your head in the afflicted direction.
Repeat.
Some of it may land in your throat and wil taste vile. Bit it clears up sinuses fast, and also ear passages.
It is a tip from a family doctor. Costs you nothing (barring the eyedropper).
