I have been a CH episodic sufferer for the last 5 years. Right now, I am going thru my episode and it seems that the drug strategy that work last time does not work the next time. I am beginning to wonder that experimenting with what drugs will work and dealing with it's corresponding side effects seems to be a waste of time and quality of life. Why not go direct to surgery? Any one has an answer or knows of anyone who has gone that route?
