pain. I have found that if I have one at home its worse, way because its hard for me to take my mind off of it. So the pain gets a chance to grow. If I'm at work I can leave my office get busy working on something to get my mind off of it. At home I just go for a long walk, anything to distract my mind of the pain. Been getting hit hard last three days. I'm having too much stress at work right now.
