I've been over my latest cluster for 2 weeks now. The top of my head is still sore as is the back of my neck on the cluster side. My sinus on the cluster side are giving me fits.
Clusters may not do any "permanent" damage but they difinately screw stuff up for a while.
I believe it's due to the trigeminal nerve still being somewhat irritated / inflamed. Or ti may be i'm still getting small releases of neuropeptides. Not enough to cause full blown clusters but enough to make things not right.
