and my mother having to put foil wrap on my windows because of extended daylight hours so I could sleep, I remember also being outside, dressed like a snowman, marvelling at the light show and concert that was brought to us.
It still amazes me that light can also make sound that literally goes right through you!!
We don't get to see the Northern Lights much here now because we are too far south, but it does happen on occasion.
