generally not long and dull. In fact mine are just the opposite. 20-40 minutes of excruciating pain. Any where from 3 to 5 a day. The duration of the cycle may be long but it sure as hell is not dull. What you describe sounds like shadows, but not if you dont have periods of unrelenting pain.I hope your diagnosis is wrong. I sincerely hope you don't have Clusters, keep researching the board.
