Good to find a forum that knows the depth of clusters. Have had clusters for over 25 years and been on many meds with varying success. Went to the neurologist today and he wants me back tomorrow to do an Occipital Nerve Block. Seems to think this can stop them for good. All reading I have done (although my research is limited) suggests short term relief by breaking the cycles for a few months. Anyone have any experience or knowledge with the nerve block? Any side affects or long term problems? Thks..>Walt
