OK, so maybe I do need a chatroom. I am 48, I started getting the clusters in 1998. They went away for a few years. Now they are back. I don't know what to do. I fear going to sleep at night. I go down to the liquor store and get some brandy, I make myself pass out, that works for a while but in the morning I know I've had one, behind my right eye. The lingering pain. When I get one I am in tears, yeah big tough guy just wanting to die. My girlfied has no comprehension, niether does my boss. I hyperventilate at 3 in the morning outside. Sometimes that works temporarily, but then it comes back. Docktor has me on presnisone right now. Three years ago it was napysrn...what a waste. I want to try oxegyn but it must cost a lot or something, my doc is hesitant to give it up. Gerry
